Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the network and server operational while boosting business productivity and efficiency / adhere to the ISO Standards with Professionalism and compliance.

• Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Strong knowledge of voice and data networks, particularly those involving Cisco Catalyst 2960 and 3750 switches, Cisco 3925 routers, Cisco UCS Blade Server, Cisco ASA 5520, and Fortinet Firewall, among others.
• Experience with Cisco & Fortinet firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Ability to assess, document, and implement a high level of security across all segments of the IT infrastructure.
• Understands potential impacts to processes and systems across organization and factors these into solutions and excellent conceptualization, analytical, logic, and documentation skills.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation.
• hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Practical work on network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including routers, switches (layer 2/3), firewalls, remote access, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Managing all network security solutions.
• Perform server and security audits, and system backups and recovery.
