Key Accountabilities:

• Required to contribute towards the achievement of overall target of CRC/GI sales
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Build Relationship with existing & new customers
• Participate in preparation for seminar & exhibition
• Maintain update ASML information on social media
• Ensure availability of product sizes in consultation with Manager
• Ensure timely payments of customers and issuance of Delivery Notes
• Handle complaints from customers
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition Close liaison with end users to get their requirement
• Work with Advertising agencies
• Market understanding & intelligence of competitor ‘s policies
