Key Responsibilities:

• ISO/IMS representative of Store Section.
• Accountable for the Annual/Quarterly Internal & External Physical Inventory Audit.
• Supervise the process of Issuance, Receiving, Inspection, and Transfer of Inventory.
• Scheduling for Purchase and initiating Purchase Requisition when Inventory reached Reorder Levels.
• Supervise the physical inventory count of both warehouses AS01 & AS02 which is done on a daily basis, in particular high-value items like ZINC, COPPER-related items, etc.
• Creation of Work Orders and follow-up against pending.
• Inventory Analysis of Dead Stock, Slow Moving, and Aging.
• Proper track record of returned material, returned and Scrap Cable received from the user with dates, etc.
• Supervise the Container Loading/Unloading through Cranes/Lifters for Import Shipments.
• GR posting against Cash Purchase.
• Prepare a report of all properties/equipment/stocks on hand balance.
• Pipe yard monitoring and avoiding unnecessary dumping of material via coordination with user departments.
• Inspects materials in their storage locations to ensure the expiry of materials and damaged materials.
